Returns & Exchanges

For us to serve you faster and better, in order to exchange a product you have to return the unwanted product with a completed Return form. We will return the product value for the product (not the shipping cost) that you are sending back as soon as it will be delivered to us. Afterwards, or before that you can order the product you want on a new order.

The shipping cost for all returns and for all countries except Greece must be paid by the customer. We only want you to take care the product you are returning and put it in a box, so that the product box or bag won’t be damaged. If the product box or bag come to us damaged you will charged with 20 euro.
